This game is a fun game it can get Intimidating but it is still fun you get to pick your name maker but your character go look like and you go to take your on intimidating but it is still fun you get to pick your name make your what your character girl look like and you go to pick her up or you can pick what your players look like and you could pick one for you one I recommend this game to all people who do not like to play that many sports this game is awesome

It’s just a tournament format of chess.com bots but without the take back which is unfortunate I made a “mental mouse slip” of playing a sequence in the wrong order which a quick take back would fix but sours the entire experience for me. It’s supposed to be a fun app not treated like a actual tournament

Die App sieht richtig gut aus und es ist alles ganz gut. So ein Spiel in dem man Schachturniere spielen kann finde ich toll. Aber die sehr schöne Grafik stört ein wenig beim spielen, da wird es recht unübersichtlich. Würde mir wünschen dass man zwischen der hübschen Echtbrett-Grafik und einer Chess.com-Grafik switchen dürfte. 😀 Dann wäre es auch für mich ein netter Zeitvertreib.

This game is not bad but it is hard  trying to tell the bishop from the pawn and the knlghts

I’ve played hundreds of chess matches now over the last 6 or 7 months and can recommend this game. However, there are a few features missing and annoying game programming choices.

(Note that I only play in tournament mode so the following problems should be understood that they are for tournament mode only.)

- when you lose or win a game you are not given the choice to choose to exit the game so that you can see how you lost or indeed won the game. You have literally 1 second to glimpse the positions of the pieces at the end of the game, so sometimes you don’t get to see how you lost.

- likewise you are not given the option to get an automatic move-by-move run-through of the game, i.e. a step-by-step replay.

- and also you are not given a way to save the moves of the game in any chess notation file format or even to save the game moves within the app itself.

- the music and sound levels should be graded so you can choose the quietest levels easily. The slider controls for both music and sounds should be easily set to the quietest mode.

- the board swivels and tilts too easily and there is no way to click on something to set it back to the standard setting. There should be a button for this.

- there are some bugs which cause the app to crash or freeze as well.

- my final gripe is that this game has been programmed to try to draw the game by utilising the threefold repetition rule to draw far too often and far too early in the game. It often happens in mid game, and happens when you really have no way of avoiding it.

If we could have tournaments with people online: Maybe you can, and I just can’t find it. Very cool Chess Game! Challenging and Differing Difficulties! Good for practice to beat your pals.

They went overboard trying to animate the pieces and now it’s impossible to tell them apart. Is that a bishop or a pawn? Who knows. Great game as long as you don’t depend on being able to see any of the pieces.

Although I like the game and how it’s set up anytime you are about to win they want to declare a draw but when it’s the other way around they give the computer ample amount of plays when it should’ve BEEN a draw. Also anytime you win too many times in a row when playing tournaments all of a sudden the system glitches and all you can do it start the entire tournament from level one. Just to get to play a tournament again. It seems as though the entire game is rigged. I remember I won so many times and then it just said I was disqualified from the tournament. I find there are other apps that may not be AS cool looking in appearance but you stand a chance without the system being rigged for sure. Myself and all my friends have the same issues with this app. So we downloaded others instead. You would think they would get it together but I guess it’s a way to keep you playing. In the end the computer will always win or a glitchy situation will MOST DEFINITELY OCCUR out of no where.

There are many bugs. You cannot assign yourself a three character name such as Joe, Jim, Sam or Max. The board does not respond to some legal moves. There is no instruction here. Only practice. A very limited game program.
