It’s PHENOMENAL having the videos to explain the exercises. They’re short, to the point, but accurately explain it all. I’m always scared of apps, programs, and trainers, but this has been the most enjoyable and useful workout app I’ve seen. Doug and his team have helped me elevate my life and I’m forever grateful.

This has Transformed the way I ride bulls. In literally two weeks I noticed that I’ve had way more control over my body and can really spur one down. If you take this app seriously you will be better then 95 percent of athletes you compete against at rodeos.

For anyone trying to stay active that may not be comfortable in the gym or may not have the accessibility to the gym. This is amazing and based around Rodeo Athletes but I believe anyone can benefit from it
