Come to find out I can’t even spend the money in my account because my card number don’t even show in the app and I keep getting the same message when I try to make external transfers I’m starting to regret my choice create a better app immediately seriously being able to spend and move your own money when banking should never be a problem. ### 1/5 — Outdated app *2025-09-05* Would have been nice if they had put more money into developing a better mobile banking platform rather than a new main branch. ### 1/5 — Bad Banking *2025-08-19* I am 70 years old and never experienced banking this bad. Opened my account less than a year ago and have had one problem after another. The latest problem was in trying to transfer money from Champions First to another bank. When through the process and successfully linked the accounts. Went to the app and requested the transfer. Got an error message “this transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later”. Tried the transaction two more times. Got the same message. Called the bank and they could not explain the problem. I was told to try again tomorrow. Tried the next day and got the same result. Made the request through the other bank and after five days, the money was credited to my account. However, the money was pulled back by Champions First. Called the other bank and inquired as to why and they informed me it was pulled back for insufficient funds. I went on line to check my balance. The money was in my checking account, but they tried to take it out of the savings account. So, I tried again and after six attempts, finally got the money transferred. Today I opened my account and discovered I was charged a $35 transaction fee. I would NOT recommend this institution to anyone. ### 1/5 — This app is mediocre *2025-04-14* I’ve been banking here since 2018 and consistently have login issues. The UI is also very basic. There should also be an option to lock your card. I can’t even see my recurring transfers on it smh. With the app, customers should have access to roughly the same content and abilities as the website. This app is far from achieving that. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2022-11-15* While I love being with FSU Credit Union, this app is horrendous. I haven’t been able to login to my account for weeks because it’s saying it can’t recognize my credentials. There’s always something going on with this app. ### 4/5 — Access to Joint Accounts *2022-11-02* Previously, we were allowed to access joint accounts. When I have to go to the office and wait in line to get statements for joint accounts, it is time consuming. For me to have to log out of my account and into my joint accounts for each child of mine, it becomes burdensome. Unsure of why this change was made 3/4 years ago - but I am considering leaving FSU CU as the other CU does allow me access to all my accounts. ### 1/5 — Do better *2022-04-29* I love banking with FSUCU, however this app is horrible. There is ALWAYS some issue with it. The updates if any are infrequent or non existing. There’s always an issue with logging in. I have to log in 2-3 times before actually getting access to my account. This app prompts me to change my password every 30 days. And when I do it never recognize the change. I have to use my desktop to correct it on the website. There’s always an issue with syncing to my other banking accounts. Why offer mobile banking if it is this much work to actually use the app? Do better 🤬 ### 1/5 — Absolutely awful *2021-04-12* What everyone else is saying is right. I switched credit unions because my husband and I merged accounts and he was already a member here.
