Very convenient to do on your schedule.  You can take it wherever you are. Wasn’t work with. Great customer service

I started using this app and within the first month my knee pain was gone. I injured my knee in college 40 years ago. I also noticed an adjustment to my muscle tone. As an over the age of 50 person, there’s nothing I have tried that came close to the performance of this program. Not only did I get this for myself, but I put my entire company on it. No regrets. Five Olympic stars!
