I have spoken to Champlain National bank and they are aware of this problem. It also locks you out if you swipe out in the middle of it opening. Your sign on name and password do not work after this and you have to call to get unlocked again making another password. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Open quickly slow to load *2024-04-07* Me and several friends and family members are about to change banks, due to this app, the app will recognize you quickly on our iPhones then once we are all in our then once we click on our account to view purchases we can’t cause it just sits there loading, mind you we waited and watched for nearly a hour and still loading and unable to scroll through our account purchases, this is ridiculous and a waste of time.
