This app and this company are a complete joke. Impossible to book and when you book trying to redeem vouchers it doesn’t let you, total scam! They don’t ever answer the phone, impossible to speak to anyone, they take a week to respond to emails and forget what they’ve spoken to you about in the previous email. The app is awful and their facilities are run down.

When trying to book treatments, mostly says I have no connection. Theres an error showing classes. Not to mention the awful UX… CHAMPNEYS… sort it out!!! You charge us enough for the stays / treatments / classes now!!!
