I stupidly signed up and paid for a subscription for this app however the app did not work or function properly . I wrote to the administrators six times each time asking for some technical assistance or a refund on my purchase. All I have received up-to-date are robot messages, asking for my subscription details, proof of payment and bank details? I sent them a receipt for payment. This would be information that they should already have. I have spent too much time on this and am frustrated but mostly I hate getting ripped off.
