I have downloaded the video multiple times after it gets completed the video is no longer visible in downloaded tab. I need to charge my phone frequently while watching classes, which impacts both the device and my eyesight. I have raised this concern multiple times over the past three months and they have repeatedly assured that the feature would be launched soon; however, no progress has been made. This situation reflects a lack of proper attention to student concerns.
