Yes, I can see the collections but I can’t add or chat with boutique of my choice. Tried multiple times to add location in Florida and was getting an error in an app. I used to see all my purchases listed under my name but nothing is showing anymore. I called my agent and resent the invitation , but it couldn’t send again. I can log in fine on the Chanel website so it’s the app problem. For a company that is so luxurious, it’s ridiculous that the app doesn’t log in. ### 1/5 — Broken app *2023-01-27* I can’t log into the app. I am a 10 hour drive from the nearest authorized retailer, I called Chanel to order a bag but they won’t let me as a first time customer. They said even if I fly/drive to a store they won’t order for me. PSA: you’re literally forcing me to purchase from a reseller, actually I think I’d rather keep supporting LV and Fendi because your business model is absolutely horrendous! ### 1/5 — Always ‘try again later’ message *2023-01-26* I liked the app but over a month now when I try to login I get a message about ‘services temporarily disabled’ and to ‘try again later’. I’ve reached out for support and no luck. The apps functionality is poor to say the least. the chat feature doesn’t work. It’s is very difficult to use, and it doesn’t offer any benefits to the customer beyond seeing snippets of the collection that I could get off YouTube or Insta. Ideally you should be able to purchase products, or the very least search for them at local stores, or have some sort of upscale, luxury , tailored digital experience. The app is just blah - I think Chanel is really missing the mark with this app, it’s really sub par compared to Dior and Hermes. ### 1/5 — Never works properly *2025-05-21* Have had this app for a few years at least. Thought it was great that you could see the collections in great detail with lots of pictures and videos to get a real runway experience. I loved when you could register your handbags for the aftercare program; problem is after I registered my bags they were all deleted with an app update. So many times I try to open the app and it simply crashes. Every time there is an update for the app I am hopeful all these glitches will get fixed, it’s so frustrating to be a loyal client and fan of Chanel and not be able to use the app. I just updated the app again and I can only see the quick opening video at lake come, no menu, no way to see anything! For a luxury brand your app is not representing the values and quality which should be part of your heritage, this app should be flawless and extraordinary; it is far short of these goals.
