## What is Change Chain?

Change Chain is a tool, scientifically based on Unified Protocol and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, which may be used to improve your mood and general wellbeing. By planning and doing certain types of daily activities that specifically target and improves low mood, it gives you a good chance to conquer blues and depression. The activities you undertake will one by one create a chain to pull you up to increased wellbeing. The goal is to make the chain long, strong and unimpaired!
