This app has helped me see what my clients are thinking and experiencing in between sessions.  I’ve become aware of patterns in their responses to what is going on internally and externally and the greatest benefit of all, is that they are more mindful of their feelings and behaviors.  It’s a great tool and I Highly recommend !!
