It is a nice and easy way to complete an assessment of an organizations readiness for change.  I wish it would let you save the results and name it so we could see the progress we are making.

If you are a leader leading a large change, this is a quick tool to check your thinking with.  C level exec should always ask these questions.  Good conversation starter too!

Unless you understand change management, please don't judge the app harshly. As a CPI expert, I am very impressed with this app. And you can't beat free.

I have been a fan of The Change Management Pocket Guide for a long time so I was very excited to see this app available.  Being in the restructuring business, having a realiable change tool that breaks down difficult concepts into plain language explanations is invaluable.  I am looking forward to sharing this app with my colleagues and clients - plus it is free!  Keep up the good work!
