Used my wallet to transfer it to them to fund it and showing a successful transfer nothing was transferred over and BNB and is no longer in my wallet. I’ve used other systems before with no issues and smooth. Customer service told me nothing showed it was successful but I have the transaction history that showed it went through. They also ask for your email info and I never received anything to update me on my transactions like other systems do to give confirmation on any information about my transaction.
