They have now expanded the AML review at least 7 times, each time asking about unrelated transactions and random addresses. This is no longer standard compliance — this is procedural abuse and contradicts the proportionality principle under Directive (EU) 2015/849. AML should be limited to the specific transaction — not a fishing expedition across your entire wallet history. Changelly 🤡 is listed on the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) warning list as an unauthorised firm. The company is linked to offshore jurisdictions and ignores formal legal notices. At this point, their behaviour starts to look less like compliance and more like something else. Conclusion: if you use Changelly 🤡, be prepared for your funds to be frozen and for the situation to escalate into a legal process.
