## What is Changelog Brief Desk?

Changelog Brief Desk is a paid, local-first notebook for turning manual product changes into clear customer-facing changelog briefs and release risk receipts.

Add rows with brief label, change scope, audience note, impact note, customer copy, QA note, priority, checklist state, and status. Review briefs that are draft, reviewed, missing impact, customer-risk, or ready, then copy a release risk receipt or share a CSV when you choose.

Use Changelog Brief Desk to:

- Keep product changes and audience notes together
- Write customer-facing changelog copy before publishing
- See a release risk receipt with decision, risk score, top blocker, checklist count, and next QA action
- Track missing impact notes and QA follow-up gaps
- Separate customer-risk notes from ready copy
- Copy or share a local CSV brief snapshot
- Work without accounts, analytics, ads, or server upload

The app is intentionally manual and private.
