## What is ChangePlot?

Plan the change. Rehearse the real work.

ChangePlot: Wardrobe is an offline quick-change planning and rehearsal workspace for theater costume teams. Map show order, performers, roles, looks, costume pieces, and dresser tracks. From the timings and offsets you enter, it calculates planned windows between adjacent appearances, helps you review each change against your chosen threshold, and exports reports and backups for review with your production team.

MAP THE PRODUCTION

• Keep multiple productions locally on your device.
• Add performers, roles, named looks, and costume pieces.
• Order scenes, dances, intervals, and transitions.
• Enter estimated item durations and appearance entrance and exit offsets.

REVIEW PLANNED WINDOWS

For consecutive appearances by the same performer, ChangePlot subtracts the prior planned exit from the next planned entrance. Compare the result with a review threshold you choose. Ready, Tight, and Conflict are planning labels based only on those inputs. They are not safety findings, feasibility decisions, approvals, or instructions to rush.

BUILD DRESSER TRACKS

Create ordered steps with items, dressers, locations, preset locations, and notes. Generate a starting list from piece-name differences between looks, then review and rewrite every step with the performer and responsible production team.

USE RUN MODE CAREFULLY

View current and next looks, manually start a planned countdown, and temporarily check off dresser-track steps. Optional haptics supplement the screen. Run Mode is not synchronized with a live performance and does not receive cues, observe people, verify completion, or monitor safety.

REPORT AND BACK UP

Review performer plots, dresser tracks, and temporary preset and strike checklists. Share a text summary, export quick-change CSV and combined PDF files, or export and restore a JSON backup. Review every output before rehearsal or distribution.

PRIVATE, OFFLINE, AND PAID ONCE

No account, developer server, cloud database, ads, analytics, tracking, in-app purchase, or subscription. Production data stays on the device unless you explicitly export or share it. ChangePlot is a paid App Store download, with all version 1.0 features included.

PLANNING AND REHEARSAL AID ONLY

All timings depend on user-entered estimates and may differ from rehearsal or performance. ChangePlot cannot inspect performers, costumes, equipment, stage conditions, accessibility needs, staffing, supervision, or emergency procedures. It does not replace consent, fitting, technical rehearsal, an approved change plan, wardrobe supervision, stage management, venue policy, or a production risk assessment. Rehearse and approve the real change with the responsible people. If a plan cannot be completed without rushing or bypassing procedure, revise the plan.
