That seems like fraud. ### 1/5 — The withdrawal is delayed, and the customer service does not reply. *2025-05-12, version 3.1.79* It is agreed that the transaction will be processed within 24-36 hours, but it has far exceeded this time since the withdrawal was initiated. Is this how the so-called promise fools users? Can it be said that this is already suspected of financial fraud? The withdrawal is delayed, and no one is online in the customer service. If you run away, you will close the server and let it use it. I have never used such a bad financial service product. If you want to lose your money and be kept waiting for no reason use this app *2025-01-29* After depositing and money creating a virtual card for $3, and a mandatory $5 in the card i still funded the account and tried to fund the card but that doesn't work, and i also can't withdraw because you know, it's a very bad app. And to top it all off i can't withdraw my money back to my account until 24hrs?. I cannot be saved but i hope this saves someone. There should be an option for NO STARS!. All this is even after choosing to lose the initial $8 i deposited to create the card and fund the account because the card creation fee is non refundable, but the extra money i deposited to fund the card is also unusable and will not be returned to me. You guys should be honest and stop misleading people to use your unusable services.
