Two times, cars with the wrong license plate showed up. The driver had the wrong passenger name (though the destination was correct). Cancelling cost me $5 for the app’s mistake. My location is not shared with the driver and their location is not shared with me and a third party calls us both to make the connection, so even if you get the right car you have to wander through an unfamiliar area (if you’re a tourist) looking for a car. I switched to Grab after the second mistake and had no issues. Prices are the same as for grab or just hailing a taxi.
