Keep getting “request failure” and impossible to reset password if the image doesn’t load. Frustrating website - doesn’t direct you anywhere

上个月去巴厘岛定了一个漫游包。这个月自动扣费续订了，给客服好了好几封邮件，对方也没说明白。
我在app里根本没法取消订阅。好垃圾，这个app的设计者应该开除

Poor service and difficult to book

I tried this app 4 times. Two times, cars with the wrong license plate showed up. The driver had the wrong passenger name (though the destination was correct). Cancelling cost me $5 for the app’s mistake. My location is not shared with the driver and their location is not shared with me and a third party calls us both to make the connection, so even if you get the right car you have to wander through an unfamiliar area (if you’re a tourist) looking for a car. I switched to Grab after the second mistake and had no issues. 

Prices are the same as for grab or just hailing a taxi. There are plenty of better options.
