## What is Channel Lantern?

Your kids watch only the YouTube channels you approve. No search bar. No recommendation feed. No Shorts unless you allow them.

Channel Lantern is a simple, parent-first way to share YouTube with kids. You choose the channels, and your kids see only videos from those channels. Nothing else shows up.

WHAT YOU GET
- Approved channels only. Kids can't browse or search the rest of YouTube.
- No recommendation feed and no autoplay rabbit holes.
- A Shorts setting that hides videos under 5 minutes.
- Import your YouTube subscriptions, then approve channels one at a time.
- A separate kid view, with a parent PIN protecting your settings.
- New videos from approved channels sync automatically.

PLANS
- Free: 1 child profile and 3 approved channels.
- Lantern Plus: unlimited child profiles and unlimited approved channels.
- Lantern Pro: everything in Plus, plus daily screen time limits, bedtime and school-hour schedules, pause-now, per-child rules, and full watch history.

Plus and Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions, monthly or annual. Pro includes a free trial for eligible new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.

GOOD TO KNOW
Channel Lantern plays videos through YouTube, so YouTube's own ads may still appear unless you have YouTube Premium. Channel Lantern is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

Built by a dad who wanted his own kids to enjoy great channels without the endless feed.
