## What is Channel Lantern?

Channel Lantern gives parents complete control over what their children watch on YouTube without locking kids out of the content they love.

You approve the channels. Your kids watch freely within those guardrails. No surprises, no algorithm rabbit holes, no inappropriate recommendations.

FOR PARENTS
• Import your family's existing YouTube subscriptions in one tap
• Approve or block individual channels for each child
• Set daily watch limits and allowed viewing days
• Pause access instantly from anywhere
• Review your child's full viewing history: what they watched, when, and for how long
• Require a PIN to access parent controls
• Filter out short-form videos (Shorts, clips) to keep kids in long-form content

FOR KIDS
• A clean, distraction-free video browser with only approved channels
• No comments, no recommendations, no ads
• Simple interface designed for young viewers

FAMILY PLANS
Channel Lantern supports multiple child profiles under one family account. Each child gets their own approved channel list and viewing controls.

Lantern Plus unlocks unlimited channel approvals and advanced controls for every child in your household.
