## What is ChannelDeck?

Bring your own live TV to iPhone and iPad.

ChannelDeck brings your M3U playlists into a clear channel library, with favorites, a programme guide and temporary live rewind. Add a playlist address, choose a channel and settle in.

FIND YOUR CHANNELS
Browse playlist groups, search by name and keep favorites close. Recently watched channels help you return to familiar choices. Channels become available as soon as the playlist is ready, while guide loading and matching continue in the background.

SEE WHAT IS ON
Browse a channel-by-time programme guide with a shared time ruler. Tap the calendar to choose a date and time, or return to Now. Filter by playlist, group or favorites, search programmes, and open details before watching the channel live. Use your playlist's XMLTV listings or configure Open-EPG matching. Coverage depends on your guide source.

PAUSE AND REWIND
Keep up to five or ten minutes of received live TV in temporary history. Pause, move through the available timeline, skip back or return to live. The player shows how much history is actually available; storage and stream bitrate can shorten it.

KEEP WATCHING
Use Picture in Picture with supported video streams, or enable background audio to keep eligible audio playing while using another app. Playback controls remain available when you return to your library. PiP availability depends on the device and stream.

MAKE IT YOURS
Choose System, Light or Dark appearance. The interface adapts to iPhone and iPad in portrait and landscape, with a wider guide and library on iPad. Your saved sources, favorites and library preferences stay on your device; no ChannelDeck account is required.

BRING YOUR OWN SOURCES
ChannelDeck is a player. Channels and television subscriptions are not included. Use only sources you are authorized to access. Stream compatibility depends on its format, codecs, network and device capabilities.

Rewind contains only media received since you started watching. It cannot retrieve earlier broadcasts. Switching channels or stopping playback clears temporary history. Programme catch-up, saved recordings and AirPlay video are not included.

Requires iOS or iPadOS 18 or later.

Screenshots show fictional demonstration channels with original AI-generated programme imagery. Channels and television subscriptions are not included.

### 5/5 — Great Player, Great features!

*2026-09-17*

All my playlists load with no problems… Even AirPlay works onto an Apple TV, and that doesn’t work on any other player. I’ve also never used a Player that lets you buffer and go back in time but Channeldeck has it integrated. Support is also very helpful and fixed my problems straight away.
