I love the App.

However, please let us see the full calendar with tasks.
Right now I have to click on each day - inconvenient. I want to see tasks for each day when I open month view on my laptop.

I really like the app, it’s very convenient for planning and GTD. However, last couple of months it has issues with synchronization and it keeps crashing when I’m trying to go to the task list. Only reinstalling helps. It’s getting really annoying

Loved this app, except for the fact that it randomly logged me out of my app and then said my email isn’t linked to any accounts when I tried to log back in. The App Store still verifies that I have my subscription through March, so there’s not an issue there. I still payed for the app, I’m just unable to access my account and actually use it now. 👎

I did love this app. I use it and a paper planner to be honest because I do not always have my planner in my hand when items come up  but writing things down is what works for me. I also like adding projects that are more then 6 months out since I use a 6 month paper planner and no one wants to see a load of tasks that aren’t even started at the end of the year. Unfortunately all my tasks, folders and projects are now gone out of this app that I’ve been using for years. Think it happened during an update but I’m really not sure. Some of the information which is missing is not anywhere else. My bad for that. I’ve tried signing out, restarting etc and have now emailed support. Hold off a bit before you download and start using this to make sure the problem is resolved first. I do have the paid version for what it’s worth.

Please logout from your account and login again. Your data will be restored from the server. Please note that first sync after login can take several minutes, so don't close the app while it is happening.

… today it lost all its contents and persistently crashes on opening „projects“. Maybe an iOS 16.1 problem?
Been using it for a few years now, worked fine until now.

Holding out for a revamp that ms supposedly coming out. Right now buggy, creating tasks and adding them to projects crashes the whole app and keeps adding fake projects to my phone. Breaks workflows, not worth to work around

Les fonctionnalités sont intéressantes pour qui veut mettre un peu d’ordre dans ses tâches, mais Siri ne fonctionne pas… interférence avec l’app Rappels et impossible d’ouvrir les vues avec les phrases enregistrées.
Ne vaut donc pas d’investir 45€ pour un accès multiplateformes.

установила для контроля одного челленджа (две задачи). вчера забыла отметить, сегодня уже не получается, хоть задачи были выполнены. в этом плане мне неудобно. и также неудобно, что на общем календаре нет отметок о прошлых выполненных (визуально этого не видно) и нет отсчета по дням: выполнено столько-то дней и столько осталось, как в том же habit. для текущих целей удобное.

No “next actions”, no sequential vs parallel projects. It looks like an acceptable task manager but I don’t see how it implements GTD.

Установила приложение на Macos и сразу оплатила Премиум на месяц, так как показалось, что приложение стоящее. После этого, предложение предложило создать аккаунт - и как только я его создала, Премиум пропал! Восстановление покупок не помогает, а по почте поддержки полное игнорирование! Не советую оплачивать Премиум в этом приложении, так как просто отменят его и больше на связь не выйдут

Госпаде, это такое дно, не приложение. В какой то момент «ваши локальные данные потеряны». Да ну нафиг! Ни у одного приложения не было такого за 10 лет, ни у одного! А тут всего неделя пользования. И за это еще платить подписку??? Нет. Удалил нафиг. Никому не рекомендую.

Проблема с потерей данных на новых версиях может проявляться в результате обновления iOS у небольшого числа пользователей. Решается выходом из аккаунта и повторным входом в него (данные восстановятся). 

При этом проблема устранена в Хаос-контроль 2.

1. Все сделано вывороткой( черный фон, белый текст), и нет возможности сменить черную тему на нормальную ( для удобного восприятия, чтения и работы ).
2. Название и присутствие слова Хаос ((( не хочется прямо смотреть постоянно в тему собственной боли(((. Поэтому - нет.

**Developer response:** Тему можно изменить в настройках (можно включить светлую, можно динамически менять их в зависимости от времени суток). 

Смысл названия именно в том, чтобы ликвидировать боль. А ликвидировать ее можно только если от нее не сбегать.

Je suis très déçu de l'application . Malgré la dernière mise à jour, cette application continue de présenter des bugs qui m'empêchent de travailler efficacement. De plus, la mise à jour majeure annoncée depuis plus d'un an est toujours en retard. Je regrette d'avoir acheté cette application et je ne la recommande pas.

Chaos Control has become my central organizing app.   I read Getting Things Done several times and had some difficulty implementing it.  

Using this app, the methods finally clicked.  I use the “chaos box” for general in then sort by context and projects.  This app has even helped me with paper applications of the GTD method.  

Well done.  Clean.  Easy to Use.  Easy 5 star without a second thought

This app has so much potential.  I love the ubiquity, as I am an Apple household but have a work PC.  Being able to access my tasks and projects from literally anywhere is a key feature I’ve needed.  For example, I love OmniFocus, but without having to pay an additional 50/yr, I can’t access my stuff on the PC.  

The only suggestion I would make is that this app really needs a notes feature.  Sometimes it is helpful to be able to jot my thoughts down about a project or import a scope of work.  It would even be great if I could connect the app to OneNote or OneDrive or even Obsidian, which I am integrating more and more.  Just some thoughts.  Keep up the great work!

I have used Chaos Control for the past several years and watched it get better and better with each update. There isn’t another project/task app (that I have tried) that can match what Chaos Control easily manages. The flexibility of this program to organize any project structure is truly amazing. 

It really does create order out of chaos. Big thanks to the developer from a long time user for all the hard work of continually improving this program to make it truly exceptional. Huge value for the price.

i’ve tried plenty of different apps of the same function through years, but none of them actually does what it has to, always leaving some functional gap. 

unlike this one, which implements all the best qualities a personal management app could have: clear interface, no informational clutter, calendar syncro (although only through the desktop version), adjustability. 

but for some reason after purchasing a license i’m not able to change my login info. has to be fixed?

I find Chaos Control an excellent app for keeping track of all manner of tasks or notes.  The  Chaos Box for quickly noting ideas and then the Folder/Project/Task  structure allows sufficient granularity to store those ideas as well as all  all types of memos tasks and notes .  I use Favourites a lot.  I'm running Chaos Control on an  old Andoid phone, on  a newer iPhone as well as on a PC and they all sync perfectly..  Sending reminders to multiple calendars  is easy and works well  too if you  want to see  just what you've  scheduled for that day (without seeing all the  previous  tasks that weren't finished earlier and that Chaos  Control  reminds you that you could do )

What a relief! An app that’s easy to setup, simple to use, but with a powerhouse of features that give users a streamlined and accurate way to manage their business and personal lives with ease. As someone who struggles with severe ADHD I’ve tried Todoist, Evernote, Google Tasks, Trello, Any.do and probably a few more I can’t recall at this point. All of them were lacking in one way or another, often times requiring so much input to function that I spent more time managing the app then actually getting things done.

Enter Chaos Control. Simply beautiful.    

Setup was a piece of cake and I found answers to my questions right in the app itself. No need to follow links to their website; all the info you need is right inside. And if you have an unusual question that their help doesn’t explain their support is unbelievably fast! My question was answered within an hour. And for me, that’s golden because any longer and I would have forgotten that I asked in the first place! 🤣. That is until I started using this little gem. 

The chaos box feature is such an asset and I’ve been able to note the many ideas that I have in a day so I don’t forget a thing. Then I can look them over again carefully and decide if they will help me achieve a goal or not. If yes then I assign them to a project or create a new project. If not I delete and move on. No more trying to remember that great idea I had at breakfast and stressing over it at dinner. The projects, folders and tasks are setup for maximum productivity. But the context tags? They are genius!!! Projects and tasks might be unrelated but might be similar in other ways; such as things that can only be done when at your computer, or to dos that require your bosses signature. That ability to tag those tasks makes sure NOTHING gets missed. 

I’m certain this app has nearly doubled my productivity (maybe even tripled since my productivity had slowed to a crawl lately). I’m all in with Chaos Control. Give it a try. It just might work for you too!
