The default pictures for an iPhoneX are too large so the app won’t let you report problems with pictures. It has not worked since day 0 and despite reporting it multiple times nothing happens so here is my review. The town seems to “report the appropriate party” then nothing happens and they list a phone number to call. That is not useful, if you want us “the citizens” to use the app you should require he government and staff use it as well and fix the problems such as picture uploading.
