L’application est top. Il faudrait simplement pouvoir ajouter plusieurs photos sur un même document demandé quand on déclare un sinistre pour que ce soit parfait !

Malheureusement très peu de réponses aux demandes, très peu réactifs, et malgré le paiement de l’assurance pour une couverture en cas de sinistre, il est plus que compliqué d’obtenir un remboursement de ses frais médicaux, privilégiez une autre assurance

L’application a eu problème lors de ma vision conférence programmée avec un médecin , cela n’a pas fonctionné. Le médecin a dû m’envoyer un lien par mail. Désagrément en conséquence , car du coup il me resta que 5mn de consultation sur le temps imparti intial de 15mn.

L’opportunité d’enregistrer un sinistre sur l’application est appréciable car je n’ai toujours pas trouvé comment le faire sur le site. Cependant, lorsqu’on veut écrire les circonstances du sinistre, le clavier s’affiche sur la zone de texte, donc on ne voit pas ce qu’on écrit. Par ailleurs, mon sinistre a pu être créé mais jamais envoyé, en me disant que je devais avoir un problème de connexion, ce qui n’est pas le cas, donc je ne sais pas si mon sinistre va être traité…

### 1/5 — FUYEZ ! Assurance inutile et publicité mensongère.

Ne vous faites pas avoir par le marketing de Chapka. J'ai eu un problème médical urgent aux Philippines et c'est un cauchemar depuis mon retour.
Sous prétexte de leurs conditions générales (page 17 et 44), ils refusent de me rembourser directement et m'obligent à passer d'abord par la Sécurité Sociale française. Problème : la CPAM met jusqu'à 2 ans pour traiter ces dossiers.
Résultat : Chapka encaisse votre argent tout de suite, mais vous rend le vôtre dans deux ans. Leur promesse de "simplicité" est un mensonge total. C'est une machine à faire de la paperasse pour ne pas payer. Si vous voulez être réellement assisté en voyage, passez votre chemin, cette assurance est à fuir absolument !

L’application est facile à utiliser cependant pour une assurance voyage les démarches pour avoir un remboursement ne sont pas simple trop de document à envoyer dans un délai beaucoup trop court pas très flexible.
