We can’t get the iOS app to notify us of an incoming chat, unless we have the phone active and open to the Chaport app. It is not at all the mobile solution we need.
We’ve tried to contact someone at Chaport repeatedly to ask about their options and if upgrading would resolve this, but no one is ever available.

Когда приходят сообщения пытаешься открыть и белый экран это уже давно так Телефон у меня iPhone 7 плюс

При установке этого приложения (для iOS) на MacBook с ARM процессором - не приходят уведомления. Доступ в настройках разрешил. А родное приложение для macOS частенько вылетает само по себе (завершается).

Good concept, but the app is super slow.
Running a 100mbit connection and the app takes minutes to login...

Same goes for the windows app. Needs a better backend system.
