That great content is also available elsewhere for cheaper price, and more variety of content For some reason, the application keeps crashing when I’m listening or when I’m just simply browsing to choose a title. And that is very annoying. Another technical issue is when I try to use my iPad versus my iPhone to listen I simply doesn’t work, the question is are we limited to just one device ? That’s from the technical side. As for the content, I would really love to see more traditional, Islamic knowledge books ‏أمهات الكتب there is definitely a shortage on that front especially when it comes to Tafssir or Hadith and even Tazkiah. **Developer response:** As-salāmu ʿalaykum brother. This is a shocking and callous disregard for paying subscribers and I can never imagine your competitors like Amazon Audible doing a sneaky act like that. Please restore our unused credits that we PAID for over many months. What you guys did was unacceptable and makes me lose faith in Muslim businesses who were already very low on the totem pole in terms of trust and honesty. **Developer response:** Salaam brother. The system change was a major improvement for users, as you now have access to the hundreds of books on the platform instead of only one book per month. But you should definitely also keep your previous purchases. Just reach out and we will fix it, inshāAllāh. ### 1/5 — Earning money in the name of religion *2025-09-09* Don’t buy this app there are millions of free apps to learn islam. They are just selling anything. You can’t even listen to a single audio without payment. I don’t know why people make others fool in the name of religion. **Developer response:** As-salāmu ʿalaykum. You can easily find better, more useful information for free on Google or YouTube. ### 1/5 — Nadir *2025-03-10* Accessibility Issue I really wanted to like this app, but it has significant accessibility problems. As a blind user, I couldn’t even sign up independently due to inaccessible registration features. Once I got sighted assistance to create an account, I saw the book selection, which seemed promising. However, the inability to sign up independently sends a troubling message about how little accessibility is valued in our Muslim community. Accessibility must be prioritized immediately. Until then, I can’t give more than one star. ⸻ **Developer response:** Allah bless you.
