Charado: Charades Party Game

Charades for any party. One phone, a group of friends, and a lot of laughing. CLASSIC Hold the phone on your forehead, screen facing your team. They explain, act and hint; you guess. Tap the screen with your right hand when you got it, with your left to pass, or switch to tilting in the settings. Every answer is also a buzz in your hand, so the guesser always knows, even with the sound off. Rounds of 30 seconds to 2 minutes, 2 to 6 teams, and Charado keeps the score. FISHBOWL One bowl of words, played three times: • Round 1: describe it, say anything except the word • Round 2: just one single word as a clue • Round 3: act it out, no words at all The same words come back every round, so the jokes get better and better. Fill the bowl from a deck, or let everyone type in secret words. WORDS FOR WHERE YOU LIVE 12 decks of 150 words each, so 1,800 words wherever you play. Charado speaks 14 languages, and each one is written for its country: its films, its TV shows, its famous people and its food, not a translated list. Here the words are written for the US, from Thanksgiving dinner and mac and cheese to Saturday Night Live, the Super Bowl and the Grand Canyon, next to the films, stars and songs the whole world knows. Animals, Movies, Act It Out, Famous People, Food & Drink, Kids, Jobs, Sports, Music, Places, TV Shows, and Fairy Tales & Fantasy. MADE FOR THE PARTY • Works offline, no account, no sign-up • No ads, no tracking • Words don't repeat until a deck has gone round • Big, bright, easy to read from across the room FREE AND PLUS Classic, Fishbowl with your own words, and the decks Animals, Movies and Act It Out are free.
