ほぼ本体で完結する情報ばかりのように見えて、あえてアプリを使う意味が感じられません…。しかもメニュー類が分かりにくい配置で、とても使いにくいです。
特に私が気になるのは、ヘルプページでした。作成は日本の会社のはずなのに、日本語が明らかにおかしい…。色んなヘルプを読んでると『中国本土ではー。中国本土以外ではー。』とあるので、中国の会社なのか？と思いました。(こちらの会社に台湾支社があるのは見ましたが、なぜヘルプページだけ日本が作成したものじゃない？)
他の方も書かれている通り、せっかく各種身体データが測れるデバイスなのに、ヘルスケア連携ができないのも残念だし…本体は気に入っていますが、アプリがダメ過ぎて残念です。
早急に改善して欲しいです。

時計自体は可愛いがペアリングが出来ない！

サンリオで可愛いので時計はまあ良しとして、アプリは駄目。

時計は音量調節ができないがおやすみモードがあるからまあどうにかなる。

アプリは数日開かないだけで自動ログアウト▶︎その後ペアリングできている状態でスマホの隣に時計を置いても、デバイスがありませんの一点張りでどうすることもできません。

その日どれだけ歩いたとかの確認＆LINEの通知のみの使用なので困らないけど、意味のないアプリなら入れる必要もない。

LINE着信のお知らせはキティちゃんの声で知らせてくれるけどメッセージはお知らせしてくれない。
普通の電話着信がキティちゃんの声ぢゃない。
見た目とお知らせの声が可愛い！
音が大きい！
音量調節できるようにお願いします！
自分で好きな画像を使える所は良い！
マナーモードというかおやすみ機能オンでBluetoothを切るというかたちになりお知らせがこないになる。
LINE着信よりメッセージのお知らせほしいけどね、初期不良なのかな、問い合わせて見ようかな

可愛いデザインとおもい購入しましたが繋がり悪いし解決出来ない事多い。持って2日なのに不具合なのか
家電量販店経由で購入しましたが元の会問い合わせ送り返し故障の確認をするそれには2週間位と記載されてましたが面倒なやり取りです。
