I spend most of my in the app time watching the loading circles, if I’m lucky enough to get anything to load at all. Please work on making the app faster. There have been co-pays or deductibles or approved OTC items that were easily approved in 2025 but not approved in 2026. I’m constantly have to re-submit items which is a terrible inconvenience.
