Except for the app not working on 4g/5g network, everything is working fine. I just have to remotely initiate the charge when I’m on wifi signal, inside the office every-time i needed to charge. But yesterday, all of a sudden, my workplace charger, at East Surrey Hospital Canada Ave. Redhill RH1 5RH, Surrey, UK. disappeared from the map! It also disappeared from my favorites. So there’s no way to charge now, because I can’t find the specific charger location. I have emailed support team, but it’s on auto response, and referred me to the FAQ for some help.🤣 I have done, everything, log in and out, uninstall and reinstall the App. But nothing. If there is someone to talk to, but there’s bo customer support number, or any number to phone for that matter. Hoping that this will get settled asap please. The charging required "charge assist" to be downloaded. That was fine, installed app. Once I had entered my credit card details it started to have problems. I can only do activities on the app by being connected to WiFi. NOT very helpful when in a car park. I had good 5g signal and all other apps working. When on WiFi app is ok but no good to charge my car. I phone the help line to sort out a charge. They were next to useless and took my phone number and still waiting a call back to sort. I have reported to the hotel not to use them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY GET THE APP SORTED!! ### 1/5 — Rubbish. *2024-11-07, version 3.9.1* New auto charge isn’t supported on any payment method. ### 3/5 — Was good, but not at the moment. *2024-07-20, version 3.7.3* The app was working well, but about two weeks ago it started saying that there was no internet. Mobile service was turned on and there was an excellent 5g mobile signal. The only way I could charge was by connecting to my wife’s phone hotspot or my iPad. All my other charging apps seemed quite happy with the mobile connection. Die Hotline sagte mir, es ginge dann mit dieser App. Diese App wollte aber auch nicht mit Apple Pay für den Aldilader arbeiten. Er wollte eine EV-Card. Was das ist, hab ich bis heute nicht rausgefunden.
