## What is Charge FT eAuto?

Unsere kostenlose Lade-App ermöglicht es Ihnen europaweit Ladevorgänge zu starten. Sie beinhaltet eine Übersichtskarte mit allen verzeichneten Ladepunkten der Stadtwerke Frankenthal und viele europaweiter Roamingpartner. Zu den mehr als 115.000 verfügbaren Ladepunkten werden die wichtigsten Informationen wie z.B. die aktuelle Verfügbarkeit, Nutzungsgebühren und der zu verwendende Steckertyp übersichtlich angezeigt. Mit der Navigations-Funktion kann der nächste verfügbare Ladepunkt immer schnell gefunden werden. Die Freischaltung des Ladepunkts erfolgt ebenfalls schnell und bequem über die App. Zusätzlich sind Abrechnungsinformationen inklusive Strombezug und Kosten für laufende sowie bereits beendete Ladevorgänge ersichtlich. Sollten Sie es bevorzugen unterwegs eine RFID-Karte zu verwenden, können Sie diese einfach in der App bestellen.

So kann ich sie nicht nutzen.

Versuche mich seit 6 Monaten anzumelden, immer wieder versuche ich es. Jedesmal kommt die Fehlermeldung „Die Registrierung ist fehlgeschlagen, bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut.“ hab sowas noch bei keiner App erlebt
