It’s a fun and easy way to recognize your coworkers and add positivity in a stressful environment. My only complaint is I think it needs more ways to earn points to reveal sparks sent to you. Once all of your coworkers have joined you can’t keep inviting them for a boost in points so your sparks build up and remain anonymous. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous app *2025-01-15* When are hospitals going to stop treating nurses like children? This app is stupid, and I sit here wondering how much money my hospital wasted on this thing instead of increasing staffing or giving us a raise. Not only that, we don’t trust anything that management asks us to download to our personal phones, I’m not going to download it and neither are most of my coworkers.
