This app is stupid, and I sit here wondering how much money my hospital wasted on this thing instead of increasing staffing or giving us a raise. Not only that, we don’t trust anything that management asks us to download to our personal phones, I’m not going to download it and neither are most of my coworkers. Gonna delete this app. ### 3/5 — Okay, but.. *2024-08-03* This is a super fun concept and a way to recognize your coworkers, however it’s not the most user friendly. I would appreciate an option to go back through names instead of scrolling through the whole hospital. Also an option to pick only those on your unit rather than all staff. **Developer response:** Hey there! Glad you were able to give it a try! We've been working on a bunch of changes to help bring the right names to the surface. The cool thing is that the app will learn from your behavior, sort of like Twitter or TikTok where what you do in the game will help make the game more customized for you over time. Appreciate you mentioning the back button as well! We've had a few people ask for that feature and it's sliding up towards the top of the queue. We also have a nominations feature that is getting rolled out to test groups right now, that also should help make it easier to get your first few selections done in the game. It’s a fun and easy way to recognize your coworkers and add positivity in a stressful environment. My only complaint is I think it needs more ways to earn points to reveal sparks sent to you. Once all of your coworkers have joined you can’t keep inviting them for a boost in points so your sparks build up and remain anonymous. ### 4/5 — Points *2024-05-18* The charge should be more frequent, like every 6 hrs and still could be enjoyed.
