## What is Charge Shield?

Simplify the way you manage chargeback disputes from start to finish.
This app gives businesses a clear, organized workflow for creating disputes, tracking deadlines, gathering evidence, reviewing case details, and exporting a professional PDF package when you’re ready to respond.

Keep important dispute information in one place instead of searching through notes, emails, and files.

Key features include:

Create and manage chargeback disputes
Track disputed amounts and customer information
Record order numbers, tracking numbers, purchase dates, and filed dates
Monitor response deadlines
Organize evidence with an easy checklist
Attach supporting images, receipts, and customer communications
Review your evidence package before submitting
See whether critical supporting information has been included
Add your business information to exported documents
Export dispute packages as professional PDFs
Search open and resolved disputes
Quickly view active, urgent, and at-risk disputes from the dashboard
The dashboard makes it easy to see what needs your attention, while each dispute keeps the relevant order details, evidence, supporting files, and deadline information together.
When your evidence is ready, review the complete package and export it as a PDF for your records or submission process.

Whether you manage occasional chargebacks or regularly handle customer disputes, the app helps keep the process organized, consistent, and easier to manage.
