But sometimes it loses track of your session if you use it to pay for your charge, and then you’re stuck connected until you call the network and wait on hold for them to override it. I was just told that locking and unlocking your car 3 times can serve as an override to disengage, so I will try that next time. ### 2/5 — Broken map *2026-05-23, version 12.146.4* Map no workie! just the circle of death! ### 1/5 — Didn’t work *2026-05-12* Tried twice didn’t work. They refunded my credit but I didn’t realize there was a 4 dollar monthly subscription added. ChargeHub is designed as a universal charging app that lets drivers activate stations across multiple charging networks from a single account. Unlike ChargePoint, we are not a charging network and do not own or operate the chargers themselves. If a charging session does not start properly, our support team is available to help troubleshoot the issue and assist you in real time. Regarding the $4 monthly subscription, it is entirely optional. I had no problem whatsoever with my issue and they both gave me a solution instantaneously. Half the time the charge I start won’t even show in the app as well. We need a solid regulated standard for this stuff. Even with knowledgeable help, we could not get it to stop until the maximum limit for the car was reached. The app made it easy to plan my route, find chargers that fit for fast charging, and had no issues at all.
