Il serait bien de pouvoir recevoir nos crédits par virement bancaire ou PayPal. My concern is that the search functionality only looks for station IDs or exact station name, and cannot locate by address, which nixes its utility for planning ahead of actually arriving. **Developer response:** Hi - thank you very much for this valuable feedback. The app works well, and I also ordered an RFID card which was very convenient. I also used the ChargeLab web app to charge at a public charger once during a road trip. Stay tuned for more updates and features in the future! ### 5/5 — Good for condo and public charging *2024-03-12* I’ve used ChargeLab both in my condo building and at various public chargers throughout Ontario. The app works well for chargers in my condo building. Cell phone reception is not great, so I ordered an RFID card to activate the underground chargers. The same app can be used at various public chargers, including the Ivy Charging Network. If you have an account with ChargeLab you don’t need to create a new account with Ivy and vice versa. The app won’t allow the phone to access stored credentials, so you have to remember them. So much for using strong credentials. **Developer response:** Hi Chris, sorry about this hassle. If you're still have issues please let us know: support@chargelab.co ### 1/5 — The ways this app can ruin your day are almost infinite *2023-08-14* ChargeLab gives no indication if charge points are public or accessible or even functional. It does not give accurate directions to charge points and is sometimes just entirely wrong about whether there are even chargers in the specified location. I visited a location yesterday and found both CCS stations inoperable though both were listed as “available” on the app. I went 10 miles off the interstate to charge but could not. Waste of time and it forced me to backtrack to a more reliable EV charging network. Deleting this app once and for all. ### 1/5 — $5 an hour? Eat me *2026-06-13* Overpriced and should be illegal. If there is anything specific you'd like to discuss, please reach out to support@chargelab.co. ### 1/5 — Ne pas télécharger, risque élevé de briser votre borne de recharge!! *2025-12-31* J’ai une borne de recharge et un VE âgés de deux ans, tout fonctionnait très bien jusqu’au moment où j’ai lié ma borne Autel avec ChargeLab. Depuis il n’est plus possible de recharger. ChargeLab ont poussé un bug dans ma borne et c’est irréversible (confirmé par Autel que la borne est a remplacer une fois une config OCPP a pris contrôle de la borne). D’autres personnes rapportent avoir eu le même problème avec leur borne Autel et même Grizz-L. Croyez-moi, n’utilisez pas cette APP! If there is anything specific you'd like to discuss, please reach out to support@chargelab.co. ### 1/5 — Latest update eliminated recording charging history. *2025-02-09* The most recent release (v4.2) of this app on my iPhone no longer records the charging history of my Grizzle-E “smart” EVSE. Now that the already limited-in-functionality app doesn’t even do that, it’s practically useless. Now it keeps saying "scheduled" while the Ivy app is showing my actual evse status. Is this app redundant now? **Developer response:** Both the ChargeLab and Ivy apps are fully maintained. But majority of the time you pull up to an open charger, plug in, can’t get cell reception in an underground lot, so you go upstairs and find out the charger is offline due to connection issue. The way the app is setup is very seamless to get the car charging and going! ### 5/5 — Very fast & efficient app to use *2024-09-10* Although I’m expecting to have a slow & sluggish time with any other service provider/app experience, ChargeLab manages to respect my time and get right to the point and work everytime. Chargers being down is almost always a hardware/infrastructure issue but reaching out to their support results in a pleasant experience working with their technical support team to relay info over to whoever is running the charger to get them back online asap. It’s always a point of comfort for me using ChargeLab’s easy app and they deserve this recognition for their hard work. ### 5/5 — Reliable public & private charging *2024-05-07* Reliable app for using both public and private chargers in my city. With the ChargeLab app, you pay for each charging sessions as you go. Other apps require you to deposit $10-$20 before charging.
