## What is ChargeManual?

Now covering New Jersey and New York (pChargeManual is a reference and training tool for law-enforcement and other authorized users. It puts
official state statutes and a guided charge-preparation workflow in your pocket.

Covering New Jersey (Titles 2C and 39) and New York (Penal Law and Vehicle & Traffic Law), with more
states planned.

WHAT YOU GET
• Full-text statute search — find any section by citation or keyword, with highlighted results and an
  in-section finder for long chapters.
• Charge Identifier — answer a few yes/no questions about the facts and get routed to the exact charge,
  with its official degree.
• Complaint templates — a fillable builder that assembles the charging language for a specific charge and
  sets the degree automatically.
• AI charge assistant — describe a situation and get grounded, possibly-applicable charges drawn only from
  the official statute database, with clarifying questions when the facts are incomplete.
• Case law and recent amendments — read relevant opinions and see what changed between statute editions.

Every suggestion is grounded in official statute text and is reviewed before it is shown. Source and
amendment history are visible on every section, with a link to verify against the official text.
