I’m not a company but an individual EV owner. Terrible app ### 1/5 — Fraudulent company *2026-08-30, version 7.2.0* While loading $10 onto my account for a $2 charge I was charged $460 out of the blue from charges I had on my account years ago. I had no prior notice of these charges. No invoices to my email, and when using Apple Pay, it did not state it was going to charge me $460. Fraudulent business practice and a garbage app that barely works. ### 2/5 — Not a Good App *2026-08-30, version 7.2.0* Honestly when I first downloaded the app everything was fine I would pay get a 50 dollar hold then it would automatically fix it’s self to the correct amount after but now i have 4 50$ payments pending nd its been 4 days and this just doesn’t make sense this app steals money and I will definitely not recommend it unless you want this dang app taking your money💯. ### 3/5 — Grossly underestimated mileage *2026-08-30, version 7.2.0* This app underestimates my KIA 2025 EV6 GT-line AWD mileage by a hefty 10%. On top of that, it offers no way to fine tune the car consumption baseline. ### 1/5 — MOST HORRIBLE *2026-08-29, version 7.2.0* A specialist never once came to resolve the problem - we waited 3 months!!! ### 1/5 — ChargePoint app is getting terrible *2026-08-29, version 7.2.0* Have had my charge point account for almost 3 years and I have never been as disappointed as I have been this last few weeks . It’s so bad that I have started using autel instead ### 2/5 — Bad app, bad customer support *2026-08-29, version 7.2.0* Only reason it is getting 2 stars and not 1 is because it has a few free chargers (at least it used to for me). I’ve had two situations where someone was charging just fine and I got on the charger right after them. I get “card read error” (no network) and I can’t charge. I called support after both times and they weren’t very helpful (they seem to be in India too). Submitting an issue in the app is broken so that’s not even an option. Status in app can be inaccurate too. The widget isn’t very helpful (I should be able to see a couple favorite chargers in widget - with correct status). Just an app that needs a compete redesign and fix. Update: still pretty broken. Incorrect status for chargers, can’t submit a problem in app, can’t submit a picture in app,….. good luck getting good help from the company ### 1/5 — Hard to use *2026-08-28, version 7.2.0* No Applepay. No "Pay as you go" function so have to load money into the app. ### 1/5 — Holds your money for days ! *2026-08-27, version 7.2.0* Everything about the app is good ! Literally what makes it so TRASH is they hold $50 every time you charge & don’t return it for a couple days . Very inconvenient especially in this economy. If I have to charge more than once a day I’m easily out of $100-$150 for days at a time & the charge is only $10-$15.
