Des Weiteren nutze ich einen dynamischen stündlich variierenden Stromtarif. Sprich, alle 2 Tage muss ich mich hier manuell einloggen, dann (Wallbox ist mittels LAN-Kabel verbunden) sucht es immer zuerst nach einer Bluetooth und an 2. Stelle nach einer Lan-Verbindung. Das Prozedere dauert ca 30-45 Sekunden. Einfach schlecht in der Handhabung und im täglichen Gebrauch, nervig!!! ### 3/5 — Ok *2024-05-22* Have to sign in everytime, doesn’t remember password. Mise à part qu’elle n’est pas en Français, qu’il faut rentrer quasi systématiquement ses identifiants et qu’elle bug régulièrement …. Fuyez ! Bav, L'équipe ABB E-mobility ### 3/5 — Pas encore aboutie *2023-08-15* Délai de connection à la borne par Bluetooth ou wifi très très long. Déconnection régulière de l’application très pénible. Il faut régulièrement se reconnecter et il n’y a même pas de Face Id ou de reconnaissance d’empreinte !? Ce n’est pourtant pas très compliqué à rajouter afin de rendre l’application agréable à utiliser à défaut de décourager ! Le temps de chargement indiqué devrait correspondre au temps effectif de chargement électrique et non pas du temps indiqué ou la prise reste branchée dans la voiture…ce qui est inutile. Sinon, les autres informations données en général sont utiles. Il y a une semaine impossible de mettre en charge ma voiture. L’application indiquait l’erreur suivante : offline-sessions quantity exceeded. J’ai coupé l’alimentation générale. Rien …. J’ai contacté à plusieurs reprises, sur le formulaire de contact et par e-mail, le Service clients ABB … inexistant … rien … aucun support. Un seul message me suggérant de contacter mon installateur. Mon installateur, perdu le pauvre, il attend toujours l’aide d’un technicien ABB. En campagne, sans borne publique. Impossible d’aller travailler !!!! J’ai installé l’application TerraConfig(legacy). J’ai essayé plein de manipulations sur cette dernière. Elle m’a notamment permis de faire une mise à jour du micro logiciel de la box. Il y en avait de nombreuses en retard. Je n’avais jamais eu de signalement de demande de mise à jour. Effectivement, cela m’a permis de pouvoir réutiliser ma box. Je tiens à préciser que la mise à jour du micro logiciel par l’application ChargerSync(legacy) ne fonctionne pas. J’ai payé mon installation 1300€. Je suis dépitée de la non-assistance d’ABB et des dysfonctionnements de l’application. C’est un réel irrespect des clients qui ont fait confiance à ce fournisseur. Je m’en vais de ce pas informer les associations de consommateurs quant au suivi du service clients d’ABB au regard de ces produits nouveaux. **Developer response:** Bonjour, tout d'abord ABB E-mobility s'excuse pour tout inconvénient. Aber was bitte bedeutet bei den Statistiken (Ladetrends) die Aussage: „Es dauert 63 Tage, damit Sie sicher aufladen können.“ - ? Nach ein paar Ladevorgängen dauert es wieder einen oder zwei Tage länger. Wie soll ich das verstehen? Weiß das jemand?
