### 5/5 — Well built

*2026-08-18*

I have found the app works perfectly and had none of the issues others mentioned.

### 1/5 — Disappointing Experience

*2026-08-03*

Very poor first impression. The app feels unfinished and lacks the level of polish expected from a released product.

The overall experience is frustrating from the moment you open it, and it does not inspire confidence. I would not recommend this app in its current state.

I’m a developer myself, and I actually like the business idea behind this app. It’s a concept with potential, and it’s the kind of idea that could even motivate me to explore building something similar.

### 1/5 — Tried it

*2026-08-02*

Tried to use the app but super clunky, can’t type properly as screen goes up so you can’t see what you are typing
Map doesn’t work to say where you are even though I had put address on page before and you can’t bypass it so app is unusable

### 2/5 — Great Concept, Shocking App

*2026-07-28*

Great concept, the app is very poor full of bugs and asking for irrelevant information.

### 2/5 — Good idea, needs work

*2026-07-12*

Signed up to share my charger, but the app insists on me giving it info about what type of charger I want to use. I have no interest in filling this out as I don’t plan to use it to charge, only to share my charger. Needs more separation in functionality and UI between those looking to charge and those sharing their charger.

Then when you try to provide info as to where you want to charge it doesn’t really make sense - you have to manually enter a charger brand, charger speed, and price. This isn’t a nice interface - it should be a simple search by location, with optional ‘filters’ for those bits, like most websites use.

Then regarding those fields, they’re not great to use… “charger speed” is simply a free text numerical box…. no unit given? I have no idea what charger speeds are. If I entered.. “7” and a charger was “7.1” does that mean I don’t see it? “Charger type” is also free text… these should be drop down multiple choice options only.

Feels clunky and I don’t want to engage with the ‘find a charger’ bit so not progressing with it at this time. App feels designed for those charging, not sharing.

### 1/5 — Can’t enter location 🤷🏻‍♂️

*2026-04-30*

Blank page when trying to enter location . No map loads

### 5/5 — Officer

*2025-11-23*

It’s a great forward looking app that allows for flexibility. The best among the apps

### 5/5 — Great way to save

*2025-11-23*

I am leaving a comment base on my experience. Mohammad is a very friendly person and his idea is a great way to charge your car near ur address and save money . I been using it for a few months now and already saved 100 of pounds .you just have to give it a try .never try you never know .

### 5/5 — Charging Made Simple

*2025-04-15*

Such a great app—has honestly made owning an EV way easier. I can’t charge at home, so finding nearby chargers through the community has been a game-changer. Can’t recommend it enough!

### 1/5 — Not much coverage

*2025-02-10*

Great idea poor implementation. I wouldn’t normally leave a review but I had a phone call from the developer today asking me to complete more details in my profile. This is the first time that I have had an app developer reach out and actively market something to me. I am pretty sure that this is a breach of GDPR and is misuse of my personal data.

The reason why I did not further complete my profile is the level of detail that the app wants.
It is asking for my home address, car make and model +gps location of where I would like to charge. This IMO is too much information for an app to gather and pretty much means that this developer (if the app gains traction) will have a full list of names and addresses of EV drivers in the UK and we already know what the U.K. is like for car theft all it would take is a single data breech and this information would be all over the internet.

Aside from that there is literally 1 person on the map and they are about 20 miles away.

Reasons for the 1 star review.

1) Aggressive marketing, I received an unsolicited call from the app developer within 24 hours of downloading. The call was friendly but I don’t appreciate the unsolicited call.
2) not enough coverage on the app (no one local)
3) asking for too much PII data.
4) no clear privacy policy and data use policy avaliable to review.
5) no clear way to delete your account and request removal of your PII data.

**Developer response:** Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, even though we’re sorry to hear it wasn’t a positive one.

Firstly, we want to reassure you that we do not engage in any marketing or sales calls. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we may occasionally reach out by phone to support users directly with app functionality or onboarding, especially if someone has just signed up. This is never to market a product, but to offer help many users have found these calls useful when navigating early questions.

Regarding the information requested in the profile, such as vehicle make and model this is to ensure safety and trust between those offering and requesting charging. Hosts need to be confident that the person arriving is who they expect, and the correct vehicle is registered. It’s a key part of building confidence in a community-led platform like ours.

As for the map feature, this is not a live GPS system. It’s designed simply to allow you to pin an area you’re looking to charge in, so others nearby can choose to offer their charger if it fits. No real-time tracking is involved, and you are in full control of what you choose to share.

In terms of data and privacy, we take this very seriously. Our Privacy Policy is available within the app and outlines how your data is used and protected. There is also a clear and easy option to delete or deactivate your account at any time, found in the Help and Support section of the app.

We do feel this review may be based on a misunderstanding of our intent and function particularly the belief that our call was a form of marketing, which it absolutely was not. We hope this response can help clarify some of those concerns.

We’re a growing platform, and while coverage may still be building in some areas, every new user plays a part in helping create a more connected, accessible charging network for all.

Thank you again for sharing your thoughts we truly hope you might revisit the app in the future and experience it in the spirit it was built: to bring people together, through shared power and trust.

Warm regards,
Kate
