Fast and user friendly interface. 2. Main drawbacks A. While charging the live charging percentage not showing on the mobile application. B.Some time the balance amount goes to negative, For the CPO owner this is main drawback because if 20 user take this as an advantage CPO owner will loss 2000. C. If the auto charge mode need to be activated manually the number need to give to the back end team for activating it, this is an main drawback. They should give an option on the mobile application itself for activating the auto charge mode on the application . If they could fix these bugs on their application ,this app going to the top one application in India in EV sector. ### 5/5 — One of the most Reliable *2022-11-27* Provides one of the most reliable ev charging options in western India The make of the charger they use “Quench” is also a good company which also exports EV chargers outside India. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Charging from there station was blunder *2026-05-11* Charging was starting as it was showing time was booked by someone else then i selected second gun then it says you have already booked time slot, neither ways charging was getting started and on the top of this i recharged on this app, and the money is not reflecting on it now. Even the customer service team is unable to resolve the issue. There is no workaround as well to bypass the “select ev” option to initiate charging. Please fix voucher problem or create a bypass route. ### 1/5 — Do not use this - it does not work *2025-07-19* I am right now in Marriot Bangalore and I came straight with 21 percentage of stars. Install this app. Paid two ₹50 recharged and after the recharge it’s not working at all, and it’s asking for OTP in the console, but there is no OTP, which is coming here. It’s a big problem with this charge zone. Please do not use this Very bad Support. I’ve been trying to call the Support number for the past 23 minutes. Nobody is picking up. The support on call is really pathetic and cannot be compared to any other service provider. They also prompt to book before charging and does not listens, straight answer that came to me by a lady was that she can’t help. Have faced issues with JioBP, Static,Xbolt etc and can understand the hiccups but never faced issue with the support on call like ChargeZone. **Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience. This review is only for the application. I liked the previous app though.
