Contacted support and they asked me to contact Tesla for access to the Tesla app. Huh? So neither the app nor support actually work. ### 1/5 — App no longer works *2026-04-02* The April 2026 update has bricked the app. It crashes every single time I launch it. ChargingRewards' rapid-fire start-stop charging causes the car to "wake up" repeatedly -- sapping the 12V battery -- and because of the known issues with the EV6 12V charging, you'll quickly end up with a dead starter battery and a trip to your local dealer.
