Reviews bad *2023-06-21* Why would charisma need 2 apps of the very same thing? And why does the Editor of Charisma not bother himself to correct the mess he has allowed his staff to make? Since this is suppose to be a christian app, why is it NOT done unto the Lord with perfection ? Steven Strang needs to either fix his mess of this app or delete it!! I do share with others what I think of this app ,therefore the very few people who even subscribe to this app.! ### 4/5 — Black screens pop up—no more! *2020-12-06, version 8.0.0* Thanks! You fixed the black screen problem! Bless thee! (KJV) ### 3/5 — Great information, app a little clunky. *2020-11-09* Love the articles. Navigation is glitchy, locks up a lot. Some sort of pop up tries to load when any article is opened. Very annoying, unnecessary but easily closed. Really the biggest thing I’d like to see is an easy way to share articles to Moptu and Viber. ### 2/5 — Do better *2020-06-05* The app is clunky. You scroll through the articles and you have to make the navigation buttons appear to go backward or forward. When you do select an article you must first put up with not one but at least two pop up ads that cover the screen. The navigation changes on each page, loading is very slow, there is html code at the top of the screen, a blank white banner at the top of the screen. You have such a unique worldview and many Christians look to this app to see a new light on world events, it is a shame to see it presented this way. ### 3/5 — Charisma Podcast Network *2019-02-02* I’m trying to listen “Charisma Podcast Network”, but isn’t working properly and cannot listen in my iPhone. ### 1/5 — App better before last change *2019-01-29* The app is now very unwieldy and hard to navigate compared to previous version. I thought perhaps it was because I had not updated my iPhone and iPad to the newest iOS. But having done that now, the use of the app remains the same. It used to have a link to watch the video on YouTube but it’s gone now. Please fix! The interface is a step backwards. If you go off the page you are reading you get stuck in a pocket. There is no back button or cancel button. You can end up on an advertised ministry page or if you want to send an article on a Facebook link that is useless. These are not improvements. That is why you cannot see it after Apple iOS 18.0 *2025-01-10, version 8.0.0* Colossians 3:23 says “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men,” ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭23‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ I subscribed to this by the year( not on purpose, I just wasn’t paying attention). I have ot got my mony’s worth. I only look at it on my iphone. And it will not open. Let’s say it won’t open for several minutes then I lose my patience . This has got to be the worse app I have ever bought. This is terrible witness of Christ.They apparently never read Colossians 3:23-24. Reviews bad *2024-10-29* Updated: I don't claim to gave alot of patience . but when every other app whether it is a Christian app or not, opens up instNtly, I would expect thos app to and irs sister app also. One app is red amd obe is blue. Neither one open up within in a minute. It’s super distracting and annoying. Then when you go back to main content you begin all the way at the top of the page again. So I could be ten articles down on front page, open to read said tenth article, finish the read to go back to the front page and start all the way at the top again to have to scroll all the way down to where I left off. Because the person who works for Charisma News magazine/app doesNot care how well they present the news in this app. God expects us to do a Excellent job at whatever he assigns us to do This app has Not improved one iota in two years. It keeps crashing, and this employee keeps only having certain people such as Michael Brown who appears to only write negative things about the children of God,never uplifting the body of Christ! Horrible! I regret opening it every time after hoping it has gotten better but no, actually got worse. Unfortunately this has always been bad and a cheap version for an app. It’s just a glorified web browser with app like look and feel but works 1,000 times worse than an actual web browser. Looks like they built an app for the lowest cost possible and still refuse to build a good one from the ground up. Please make a new app with the excellence the Lord wants from His people. The Body of Christ deserves high quality and this gives the Church a bad and cheap name.
