The “MyCS” app allows clients of Charles Stanley who are registered for online account viewing, to access their accounts through their iPhone or iPad's.
With this app, Charles Stanley offers you access to:
•	Pay money into your accounts
•	Near real-time Portfolio Valuations and Cash Transactions
•	Investment Reports, Tax Packs and other important documents
•	Portfolio changes, including corporate action movements and contract notes
•	General market data, price alerts and news
•	Secure two-way messaging directly with your Investment Manager
To gain access to the App, you should log in using the credentials you chose when registering on the MyCS website.  If you have not yet done so, please contact your account manager.

Decent app let down by the fact the service is constantly unavailable. Find a way to update your software without taking everything offline all the time 🤯🤯🤯🤯

I find this app very useful for keeping an eye on my investments.  The only thing I find annoying is when I go to look at statements it defaults to the last date I looked at. Why not default to the last 30 days and then allow for changes?  The first few times I used it I didn’t realise this and just thought there hadn’t been any further transactions.

Good app when it works. Plenty of information although not particularly intuitive.  Slightly annoying that the headline value only updates overnight. 

The main issue is that approx once a month the app stops working so you have to delete it, log into the website then reinstall. Not the end of the world but annoying.

This app is great with the information it provides.....when it’s working. It will be fine for months and then won’t let you login claiming you are not connected to the internet when clearly one is. Try and reset your password and you might as well forget it and just try and get a life. Whilst I’m enormously happy with Charles Stanley as a financial company, this app is not good when it comes to run of the mill glitches and doesn’t reflect well on their core business. They would be better off without it as I am going to be from now on. Not good enough.

Invariably the website is down and this is followed by further logging in problems.  Not very happy with investments and the app now, have already moved my pension away so will probably follow with isa’s etc shortly.  Very disappointed in this company.

Was ok until last release, now claims not to be connected to the internet (the phone is it work fo e in every other app), claims wrong username/password combo, it’s not it’s saved in keychain and works for the website. I have just deleted it, old app still works but that has an awful UI.

Says my username and password is incorrect, despite the fact I am able to go to the website and log in with that same username and password. 🤔

The previous version was more user friendly and simpler to find your way around. This is complicated by trying to provide far too much information and the information that non- professional investors may want is not the default. Most annoying is that the statements don’t update automatically. Set the filter to the last 30 days on 30 March and you get the whole of March. Come back on 30th April, it shows “last 30 days” but you will still get the same statement for March and not April. You then have to re-set it manually. Frustrating.

Just way to much info ... can only
show 3 holdings at a time when the screen is rotated a bit useless when your overlooking 30 plus holdings.
The whole thing needs compressing
down with some columns over generous and others totally irrelevant like the symbol column which is a no option removal.
