Beautiful items to dress any home!❤️ ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Awful customer service *2024-01-19, version 3.7* DO NOT buy from here ordered an item on 5th January… item in stock … should have been here in 3-5 working days… rang a week last Monday no answer… they DONT ever answer phone… In email was told it would be here this week … rang today still no answer… surprised… don’t be .. told it would be with me the following week .. smelling a rat went back to them asked for a promised delivery… shock horror my order is cancelled with … you will get your refund within due course. Just went on my order and it said I’d cancelled it … another lie … I will keep you posted on my refund… please be honest with customers… such shocking customer service… one untruth after another! ### 1/5 — Communication-Disorganised *2023-10-27, version 3.7* I received ordered three items value of almost £200, after order confirmation nothing for two weeks so I called. Apparently wasn’t sure if the vase was in stock but possibly it was. I emailed at least 3 times. I worked from home today to take delivery and one still not arrived. Communication would be good instead of me having to chase numerous times. Shame as used this company in the past but seems totally disorganised now. I was apprehensive to order from a brand I hadn’t heard of before, but it had some of the best deals on luxury items I had EVER seen, so I took the chance. My TV stand arrived this week and it’s perfect, in perfect condition, luxurious and high quality. Other places were selling this for nearly double the price. Customer service were also lovely when I had questions and stayed in contact about delivery.
