My cousin and I were out running errands and decided to grab something to eat. We usually avoid eating out because so many places have poor customer service, cleanliness issues, or negative reviews. As we were passing by Pitkin Avenue and Mother Gaston Boulevard, we noticed Charleys for the first time and decided to give it a try. All I can say is WOW! The restaurant was extremely clean, including the food preparation area in the back, which immediately impressed us. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. Every bite was enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. What really stood out, however, was the outstanding customer service provided by Ciara and Ariel. These two young ladies were friendly, professional, welcoming, and made us feel valued as customers. Their positive attitudes and warm personalities created an atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The combination of excellent food, exceptional customer service, and a spotless environment is hard to find these days. This experience definitely made us want to come back, and I will be recommending Charleys to my friends, family, and coworkers. Thank you, Ciara and Ariel, for making our visit such a wonderful experience.
