I sent photos of the open box with all its contents and both mascaras were not good, so I’ve feel disappointed I’m Paying for only name n not quantity here . I had a replacement sent for one because it stopped dispensing product. This has also happened with the other 2 originally purchased one of which was a gift. I have not started using the one replacement sent yet but it seems likely it too will have the same problem. I am not happy about this. I note more recent reviews complain of the same issue. So i had an issue with my order recently. They refused to help and close my inquiry after one reply which was sayingthat they unable to do anything with my issue. My issue was is that i had my order delivered to the wrong building! And it took me 2 days to find it myself!! To addition after i open my package theres was 1 item missing that i paid for and its was in my order(i double checked that on a website) But they again refused to help after hearing that i did contact previous about my order never delivered and now im contacting about missing item. Obviously accusing me in lying about it. Never shop with Charlotte Tilbury again!!! They wont do anything in case you have a problem with your order.
