Can’t even select the username field to log in. ### 1/5 — Worst medical app *2021-11-26, version 2.3.4* Not only is the app terrible… embarrassingly bad for an EHR system… but Charm’s internet based health record doesn’t even work well with Apple products. It’s 2021 folks… you’ve had a decade to get this fixed. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2021-10-25, version 2.3.4* This app has more bugs than features. Whenever I try to sign in, more often than not, it will crash. On relaunch, it won’t let me input my login information and I have to fully reset my phone. User cannot enter user name — making it impossible to log in. I’ve tried uninstalling several times — no luck. A year later and I finally have the ability to enter my login credentials but still can’t log in. From what I’ve seen over the years, this app will never work. It’s really too bad. I am now wondering and feel fairly confident that my username/password probably went unencrypted to their servers. Nothing works as it's supposed to. You're better off creating a browser shortcut on your phone homescreen vs trying to use this app. Until things dramatically improve, I would advise everyone to stay clear of this app. ### 1/5 — Terrible. *2021-02-16, version 2.3.3* This app is terrible. Nothing is easy to manage including logging in. Good luck trying to schedule someone or look at a chart. At best it’s a work calendar that you can glance at. ### 1/5 — Seldom works at all *2021-01-12, version 2.3.3* I wish this app worked, but it’s so riddled with problems, on pretty much every feature that It’s useless. It is exciting to see what goes wrong next. For the past few months it schedules appointments for the wrong time zone and totally freezes when trying to cancel an appointment. I keep going back to it every month or so in hopes it’s been updated, only to find it hasn’t and it has new errors. At least it lets me look at my calendar. You just login and from that point on is just keeps on loading and doesn’t do absolutely anything else. Just a blank screen with 4 squares moving like they’re thinking. I had communicated with the app support folks but the issue was never resolved. It’s also unclear if the app is for patients or for providers. I’m a patient and wanted to use this app because the CHARM website is so poor to use on a mobile device. ### 1/5 — App crashes/incomplete *2019-11-09, version 2.2.0* The app will launch to a normal login asking for username AND password but will then sit on a colored squares screen forever. When you come back to the app after quitting it you get taken to a lock screen which does not allow you to enter a username, ONLY a password. Unable to hit unlock with only the password. In its current version the app is unfinished and needs to be updated to work. The website is hard to use and navigate on a mobile device. After deleting and reloading there’s a black bar on the screen but still not usable. I try to login using my username and password only to get a message that I am trying to login using my “PHR” rather than my “EHR” and then has me boot out and start again to do the same thing over and over and over - what is this?! ### 1/5 — So many bugs *2026-04-08, version 3.0.9* The app calendar doesn’t synch with the desktop calendar, events are erroneously shown as repeating on my Google Calendar, the events are not shown in chronological order. It’s a pain having to frequently check online on my phone, via google or safari, with no notifications whenever I receive a message from my therapist, or have a new questionnaire to fill out; also not to mention having to log in again every time i open the website. I thought this app would work well, and despite the reviews, had pretty good hopes for the app. The second you download and log in, it takes way too long to load, i haven’t even seen it finish loading because it takes so long and I become impatient. Upon refreshing the app, you have to log in again, but it won’t even let you fill out the username. ### 1/5 — Notifications *2023-12-04, version 2.3.4* Not receiving notifications nor is the option to setup notifications in the iPhone settings.
