I can log in on the website but unable to on the app.

Love Charming Charlie but your app doesn’t work.  If you attempt to go to the store from the website you are asked to sign in.  Attempt to open the app to retrieve your account.  Sign in shows the email and password is incorrect.  Will stick with the website.

It won’t let me sign in using my email and password but I’m able to login using Safari. Because I can’t log into my account I can’t save favorite items. However, it would still allow me to check out. This app seriously needs to be upgraded.

Charming Charlie app was very easy to use. I was able to find everything I searched. The pics and descriptions were on point. And the merch was soo cool. I def would recommend  charming charlie app.
